Katana ZERO NETFLIX for Android

This is one of the best games I played in a while, the story is amazing and the gameplay is the best I hope there is a 2nd part soon.

The game is amazing, but try to fix the writing on the dossier files so that they don’t go outside the area where they are supposed to be. And there’s a button on the bottom that I’ve been trying to get rid off in the bottom right corner. Is there a way to get rid of it? But overall, I hope the DLC comes out anytime soon. We haven’t had much of an update for a while now.

This developer has distilled what makes a great platformer and mobile game. Level design is perfectly challenging, but the snappy gameplay and instant level replay will prevent you from rage quitting. The controls even have a left handed mode! Dialogue options & story are Fallout level in quality. I think Tim Caine would be impressed with the writing. You can tell they had fun writing the story. Levels & story dialogue can be completed in a myriad of ways to fit many different play styles. The developer has pulled from the best aspects from classics such as castlevania and injects the best from modern mobile game story telling & platformers. I docked one star due to the stairs mechanic. It’s not game breaking, but It’s not quite right. It’s the only imperfection in an otherwise perfect game. In the heat of the moment dealing with multiple enemies, dropping down stairs/semi-permeable floors is not as intuitive as the rest of the controls. I would suggest changing it to if you point down you fall through. Right now, it’s not exactly that. It appears you have to jump or be in motion and point down. Because there’s no crouching, a simple aim down could do. Also, save file handling, which is the fault of Netflix, not the game developers. It appears despite being logged into Netflix games, the save file is not backed up in the cloud. If the app is deleted and re-downloaded, the save game is lost. I would wish the saves to be kept in the cloud for as long as the Netflix subscription is active.

this game had me feeling so many emotions at once. the story is a little bit confusing but i got it more towards the end. I’m so excited to see what this team does in the future for this game or if they work on a completely different one because this is 100% my favorite game of the year!
