LeaveWeb Mobile is a Utilities app by US Air Force. 1. * R type leave can continue through the approvals on mobile but cannot be created in mobile since there is no ability to submit leave on behalf of another.
2. LeaveWeb Mobile will provide USAF with a user-friendly way to submit and review Active Duty Air and Space Force military leave requests utilizing Okta Authentication.
3. * T type leave and Rule 51 can continue through the approvals on mobile but cannot be created in mobile due to one-time allowance in a member’s career and up to 14 days.
4. * Inactivated leave types E and H can continue through approvals on mobile but are not submittable since they have been inactivated.
5. * Simple profile information will be included along with ALL Open Leaves and 2 years of Leave History (2 years past from current date) with the ability to Copy Request.
6. * Copy Request and Edit Request will not be available for these leave types (E, H, R, B, M, Y and T/Rule51) in mobile.
7. * The leave member can submit leave for themselves, but there is no ability to submit leave on behalf of another in mobile.
8. Note: Leave can only be submitted 2 years in the past and 2 years in advance from current date in mobile.
9. * There is no reporting, Leave Audits or administrative pieces in mobile.
10. * Leave submittal through return on leave types A, R&R, D, F, P, and T with upload ability.
11. * Types B, M and Y will be trackable but no ability to work them in mobile as these types are managed by AFFSC/Base FM.

Once you get OTKA installed, runs smoothly. You have to follow the steps via “Help Contents” on LeaveWeb but once you get passed that, it works fine. Nice to be able to able to view LeaveWeb when I’m not at work.
Setup requires okta app in addition to Leaveweb mobile. However, I have found it to be consistently more reliable and faster that normal Leaveweb. It’s particularly good for signing off on leave which I get a lot of. I don’t even mess with normal Leaveweb now. The only problem is if you need someone to sign off on your leave that isn’t in your normal routing chain…. Then you’ll need to use normal Leaveweb.
Used my gov email, sent a link or code. Used both and still got an error saying certs weren’t verified. Trash app.
If you’ve correctly followed the instructions to set up the app you should have no problem. I was skeptical because of some other reviews that I’ve read, but after following the instructions on setting up the app, it works flawlessly. I’ve already had to use it multiple times and it’s a great tool to have if you don’t have access to your computer.
Just follow the instructions from LeaveWeb and you’re up and running. The app could look a bit better, but it works well as is.
