Fun until…

The bike and app was fun until my bike (async a1-pro) developed an issue where the bike will not turn on to use, it will only turn on to the screen that says “connecting..” and then it turns off. My bike is bricked. I can’t use it. I’ve tried deleting the app, deleting my account, remaking my account and reinstalling the app, turning the bike on and off, even disconnecting and reconnecting the battery. Nothing will make the bike rideable. Insane considering this bike was $3500. Less than 200 miles on it and it’s completely useless

Fix your App

“Failed to connect to server” is all I get over and over. Tried all your “fixes” looking at other people’s reviews with your answer to the problem. Unfortunately the problem is on your end. I hope you put more thought into your bikes than your App. Still looking forward to receiving my bike but I am not super confident I won’t have issues if you can’t fix your App. I hope you don’t answer my review back with some generic fix as you did with everyone else. *Update*- I was able to sign in and make an account with the app. Although after pressing “Bind Vehicle” and finding my bike I was unable to Register my bike. I now receive “Register Fail” with a fully charged Battery and with a Full Bar cell area. I hope to register my bike if I have any need for warranty issues.
