I used to be able to justify the 10% fee they charge on bookings. However, I can no longer do so because I have had to many accumulated bad experiences with evolve. Too many employees that say one thing and do another. In addition to just lazy work and execution. I have to do everything and fight just to be treated fair. So what am I paying for anymore? I'd rather go with flat fee software and keep more of my hard earned money because everything evolve does seems to go wrong.
One of our guests hit our well with their car, evolve said their insurance won’t cover it because it was caused by a vehicle. It’s going to cost us hundreds of dollars to fix it.
