Serenity's Spa: Beauty Salon for Android

Was having fun with the game until today. Now when I open it the Daily Login Rewards screen pops up and I can’t get out of it to play the game. I’ve tried restarting my phone and the game but that is all I can get. I’m sure it’s a bug with a new feature. But it needs resolved.

Please fix this. It will not let you do anything.

A few other people reported this problem… But instead of taking care of it, you have to write to a special email and tell them exactly what the problem is The problem is, it only goes to 88% that’s the problem why should we have to go to a special email to tell you that I have a lot of customers are complaining about that But before that happened, I had 10 keys to open a chest… A large finger kept pointing at the chest, but every single time I post it to open it, it just kept pointing at it It wanted me to proceed to the next level, which I was happy to do, except you cannot proceed to the next level until you open the chest with your 10 keys This was after I spent $11.99 to get 1600 diamonds to buy things you need to make the level faster. it seems odd that after you spend money 4 or 5 times on this game, it suddenly stops working .. and has a “bug”. Like the other person who commented on the same issue, I don’t want to unload the game because I’ll lose all my progress all my money and all the time I’ve invested I know, I know it’s just a game, but if you’re going to have a game, the game should probably work… Your one star will improve when the issue is fixed.

This game is fun and well developed At least was fun and well developed until a certain level I have made it to level 365 and bugs in the game start to happen. My character gets frozen and can not complete the level Another level characters ask for services that are not unlocked yet Making it impossible to complete the level so it’s an automatic loss of life. I have deleted the game because it should be a puzzle with a winning result if you find the right combination to win it. But there are levels you can not win or even come close to winning without a cheat or using gems to get more customers. I’ve seen other reviews to where real money is spent by the player to get gems or to be commercial free and not receive what they pay for. This is not how I choose to support this developer who doesn’t go out of their way to make sure the client is happy.

I’m currently stuck on the daily login rewards and I already collected all of them please help me
