I initially was enjoying the game and made it to level 127 and couldn’t get past the level. I was frustrated for several weeks and the FAQs/settings weren’t helpful AT ALL. Deleted the game and will find a different merge game to download.
I love this game, I can play for hours without realizing how much time has gone by. The only thing I don’t like about it is when I need assistance from customer service they are very slow about replying, more than once I have paid for gems or a merge challenge without receiving what I paid for and it is a hassle getting customer service to help out
I really love this but since last update the game freezes while doing the tutorial for some new in game. Keep rebooting and nothing works!
I got the giant bookcase in the wizard event but it won’t unlock the last misty patch. I emailed the support team and they never replied.
So!!! I absolutely love this merge game. But! My current experience is extremely frustrating to the point that, I unfortunately have to resort to posting a review. ….I’m sure I’ve spent over $200 on extras with in the last 7 months. Who knows all together. I’ve spent countless hours playing, merging and collecting rewards, super excited to see the next level up on items. Well, that all disappeared when I tried to download the game on my Mobile instead of on my Android. Larger screen, larger screen…. And a happier consumer? Yes?! Nope: Doing so, my progress, purchases and any extras earned, disappeared on both device platforms. Yet, when I log into the “creator” Site, it shows all my purchased items. As well as my iCloud account…. Hmmmm? I have reached out, now 3 times, via email, phone and “Contact Us”. I don’t want to have a refund, I would like my account restored to where it was at the same progress level. I HOPE THIS IS READ, ACKNOWLEDGED, CORRECTED AND PREVENTED FROM FUTURE OCCURRENCES.
