As a manager of multiple locations viewing the entire week also would be a great addition. Labor and sales! Having this app is only good for viewing todays business. I could ditch the web for the reports I need with this simple Improvement.
Toast has gotten to big for there britches, customer service has gone way down hill. And all there new updates are dumb
Considering how expensive toast is, I expected the app to function at least as well as an app like Square. But it does not at all. You cannot update inventory, which seems like it would be a pretty basic function. sales data lags terribly.
Everything is going well and we’re enjoying the uses of it.
When we purchased the toast system we were told that we would be able to view all open and closed orders/tabs (with the order details included) on the app. Very disappointing that it does not have that capability! This is a huge deal for our business. Our previous system had this on the app. We were also able to see a list of comp/voided tabs. To truly be able to monitor a business all of these things are a necessity….
