Confusing

I thought this app would be easier to use instead it’s confusing to me. First, I am unable to find a search option to help locate what I’m looking for. Second, I need to send a message to my doctor about a prescription I’m on that is on back order at every pharmacy but I can’t locate that option. I wish this app was user friendly. I have no issues when I access uhcharts on my computer but I’m not at home now.

I love being able to view my test results and refilling scripts in my Chart! The appointment reminders and surveys are great! I use this with APP with ease. It suits my needs and I really cannot think of anything negative to say regarding it. Thank you !!!!

UH My Chart is much inferior to the My Chart used by Cleveland Clinic

My Chart is much inferior to the My Chart used by the Cleveland Clinc. The UH app is quite convoluted and will not permit me to refill a prescription even though my pharmacy is listed on My Chart. Very unhappy with the UH version of My Chart.
