Zombie Waves-shooting game for Android

I want to first say this is a very fun game. I love the fact that this game is not just a simple productivity killer. Unlike other mobile games, this game keeps the challenge going as you progress in the game. The levels get harder and its near impossible just to wizz through them. This game will require some grinding, but that’s okay because the sense of accomplishment when winning is great. There are multiple weapons to choose from, each with their own style. While leveling up in a level, you get to choose perks and its fun figuring out what perks go best with each gun. There are also different kinds of armor to choose from to fit the style of play you prefer. Finally, there are multiple bosses each with their own mechanics to learn so you can beat them. Now for the bad. I am not what I would call a big spender in mobile games. I enjoy buying a pack here or there to increase my fun but nothing major. I was given an Google gift card for Father’s day from my kids. I decided to buy an in game pack that was kind of like a season pass. It is a one time purchase that you can’t buy again once you’ve bought it. After trying to purchase it, I never received anything from the game. To make sure the game was messing up, I restarted the app but I still hadn’t received anything for the purchase. The pass was not unlocked. I figured it was some type of error so I attempted the purchase again. This time it worked and I got a confirmation. Shortly after, I received two notifications that the purchase had went through twice. So I was charged two times but only received something for one purchase. I wanted to respond to this right so I contacted the game developers. Their only form of contact listed is email so I sent them an email fully describing what happened. This was only June 21st and as of today, July 3, I have yet to receive a response. I then contacted Google support and used the dispute feature to request a refund for one of the purchases. They denied the refund request only stating “Not Eligible for Refund”. I sent a request to review this decision and was given the same exact response. I then contacted Google support by phone and I was told that they cannot change any decisions and cannot give me any further details of why the refund request was denied. So basically all they told me was too bad, you aren’t getting your money back even though you didn’t receive anything for your purchase. I then requested a refund for the second purchase but was denied. I tried to have them review the decision just like I did before, fully explaining all that had happened. Still denied it again. So, I paid you money for a service or item and I did not receive said service or item. This is theft and I am beyond fed up. I have yet to have a game developer not even try to help or even respond. Also, I have never had issues with Google support until now. This is sad.

I was going to give the game a try but being that they lie in the adds I just deleted the game. They should not advertise cods to help people get started and not have a place to enter them.

You must pay to reach the higher levels in this game. You must pay to unlock additional characters, robots, and power ups. You must pay to keep up with any high leveled person in this game. And… You must pay a lot! The best recharge in the game comes after you’ve paid $544.50…I can seriously buy a video game system for the prices they have on here. Fun and addictive game but is absolutely created at a detriment to the average consumer who just wants to enjoy their product.

Zombie wave is a fun game. However, I bought a package and never received it. The game charged me for it. I made a complaint about not receiving the item I bought. I never heard from the company and did they not resolve my issue. However, they took my money. My recommendation is to not play this game. If you have issues customer service will not help you.

Really enjoy the game play. I was hooked after a day to try to advance. The first week you play, you will advance quickly making the game fun. Unfortunately to advance past the first week you have to invest hours to watch what feels like a million ads to get the bonuses. It’s been two weeks since my last camp advancement and will probably take another month without paying money. At this rate I’ll burn out fast as I’m just playing the same levels over and over to get the resources you need to move forward.
