Gate will disconnected sometimes

It’s hit and miss on whether my app will connect. Didn’t have this issue with the mighty mule app.

Glitchy and unreliable

Linear garage door openers along with this app are not reliable. There are times when I cannot get the app to connect while standing in front of my own locked garage door. In other instances, it produces false blocked sensor warnings and will not let the door close. I have had to turn around and go home to manually close the garage doors on occasion. Very temperamental and unreliable.

Constant off line

I have to reset this several times a week. It’s always offline. I would love to use this but can’t trust it.

COMPLETE GARBAGE

I never had an issue with the mighty mule app, was always there & worked. Downloaded the new garbage app from Nice GO & it DOES NOT WORK. Tried calling support during the times listed and “we are closed”. Complete garbage transition to the new app. If you’re going to force a change with customers make sure your app works!!!!!!! IF YOU’RE CONSIDERING MIGHT MULE OR ANY OF THE “NICE” PRODUCTS BE SURE TO RECONSIDER!!!!
