I purchased this app to see if my granddaughter would like it. Before I knew it I was charged $59.99 for a year. Your cancel anytime policy is a lie. Although I have paid for the year and cancelled so there wouldn’t be a repeat…….my granddaughter cannot play any of the games. It just keeps asking me to purchase again. This is wrong. If I am not going to get a refund we should have complete access until it expires next year. I am going to you first and then Google.
So, I thought that this game would be pretty fun, so I just downloaded it and the description said “No purchases” so I finished making the first cookie an then I went to the home button (in the game) and I went to try to play the unicorn one, clicked it and boom, it said you have to get the full game, and that’s not the only thing, there is just one big cookie- like isn’t that kind of strange? Welp, that’s all.
