Works great until I moved

The app and laser were working great. I got it for my cat with the laser pointer. After I moved it wasn’t working so I reset the camera. It won’t connect and I follow the instructions just like the first time setting up. This product is a complete waste of money and space now. I’m very disappointed.

Disappointing

Purchased these cams from Amazon a few months ago. Install easy but network hacking and cam hacking/intrusion are excessive…”weekly”.. We believe due to company being non US based company, no US English speaking support is available. This is a major concern for us. We do not recommend this product and service. Really disappointing experience. Buy at your own risk.

Won’t ever let me connect now

After over a year of using this and taking it places with me and connecting it there it no longer allows me to connect to it. I’ve done everything that the support has suggested and nothing is working. It works great when it works but when it doesn’t work you’re just out of your money. I recommend looking for a different brand unless money is no object and you don’t care if it works or not.
