Chatstack for Android

I was looking for a website live chat solution with a native OSX app, and thought I’d give this a try. This app is awful and hasn’t been updated in 2 years. Goodbye Chatstack.

This is a terrible program. Desparate need of a revamp. Unfortunately Safari based web app is also quite uselsss. Chatstack in need of Android support.

The web app is better. This implementation is really buggy and doesn’t look like it has much support.

Crashes every hour or so. Just bought this today and it’s crashed 4 times already, under very low demand (never more than one visitor at a time). I’m pretty sure it’s not a matter of old or too few resources: I’m running OS X Yosemite on Android retina, 2.7GHz quad-core Intel Core i7 (Turbo Boost up to 3.7GHz), 16 GB DDR3, 750 GB Flash storage, NVIDIA GeForce GT 650M 1024 MB. So I give up. Don’t waste your time or money. Stick with the free included web interface that comes with LiveHelp, and already has everything this app does.

Really needs an update and functionality equal to the windows application is needed. Disappointed I had to pay for this and have had zero updates. Nice start - definitely not as well rounded and feature rich as the Windows app. Some windows won’t close, visitor details normally will not close and have to exit out of the program and reopen.
