I was using a different app for several years, but it could no longer work with FedEx and lacked many shipping services from China, which for better or worse are increasingly common with eBay and other online ordering sites. Parcel works flawlessly with all of those options, has a great option to integrate directly with Amazon, synchs well across Android and iOS, and the calendar and widget options in Android are excellent. Definitely the #1 package tracking app at this point in time.
Great program. The only issue is that I can't pick the calendar.
I'm a watch collector, which means that I buy and sell valuable watches all the time, which are all shipped around the world. Parcel does a great job of aggregating all the current data in real time about these shippments (even the ones I haven't entered myself). My one complaint (which I've raised with the developer) is that there is no Android version of the mobile app, only an Android version. While this isn't a serious problem for me (I do most of my tracking from my Android), it certainly would be better if I could keep an eye on my shippments when out and about on my Samsung phone. Hence my 4 out of 5 stars review...
It does one thing, but does it well.
I was a paying user of Deliveries for years, but now that they're not supporting FedEx tracking I needed an alternative. People recommended Parcel and I'm so glad they did. This app is top-notch on iOS, iPadOS and Android. It automatically tracks your Amazon packages which Deliveries doesn't do, supports FedEx tracking and stays perfectly in sync across all my devices. Honestly, this is as close to perfect as a tracking app as I can imagine. I do like how Deliveries lets you archive past package details in case you need to find them again (something that has come in handy a few times), and it would be nice if Parcel did that. But you can't go wrong with this app. It's fantastic!
