It’s really high quality and well designed. Lots of fun learning tools as you dig around. I found it because Rosetta Stone doesn’t offer a Finnish program and the others seem to teach in the formal written form that is NOT used in daily spoken language.
Wish this had larger amount of options and word combinations. My genealogy is Finnish and I’ve not been able to find words or phrases.
It is a very designed app for learning the foundation of the Finnish language. 🇫🇮
This app has an easy to navigate menu with multiple ways to interact - listening, recording voice for comparison and playback, and list compilations for situations/“essential” words. I use it on iOS via Mobile and phone and the interface is well-refined for both. I am also most fortunate in that I have a Finnish gf who helps me along. My wish is that the alphabet would be included to establish basic soundings and potential inflections. At present, there are many resources for this on the net; it would just be more convenient to include it here
