Flat fee of 2.99 for full access, solid an workouts with filters for exercise ball, weights, etc. so it makes it easy to filter workouts that don’t require any equipment. Looping video shows you how to do the exercise. App allows you to listen to music while working out and notifies you when each an workout is ending. Even gives 30/15/10/5 seconds left warnings.
