This app used to work beautifully and was one of the best regular use apps I have used. But now the log on problems have continued for well over a year and not a finger has been lifted to fix the problem. It is impossible to log in on consecutive days (and sometimes consecutive attempts) using the mobile device. When I’m at the doctors office I want to process my claims immediately so I don’t forget, it’s money out of my pocket and sometimes is quite a lot. I am genuinely suspicious of bad faith on the part of Met Life. There’s no incentive for them to improve the app because if it’s difficult to submit claims more people will forget or delay and this saves Met Life from having to pay out those claims. I would suggest someone explore a class action lawsuit against this type of practice. An app that forces you to change your password for n the website every time you log in is totally asinine. The other parts of my Met Life experience have been very good, but this one key aspect is absolutely unfair and infuriating. You would think that a 1.3 star rating would send a message. Apparently not. 7/29/2022; 9/6/2022.

Atrocious app. Nothing works. It fails to pull your data and has broken links through out. The only use this app has is to take space on your phone. It’s best to access your information on the website, and that is barely better.
As with many other reviews, I can’t login to my account on this app. I can’t even fill my username because it limits the number of characters in the username box. Website login works fine.
Downloaded this app and was thinking I was joining countless others who found the app didn’t work or had to create another account despite having an active one online. Maybe you do need this app but maybe you don’t, keep reading: if you’re a US policy holder, then you need the MetLife US app. This one is the Worldwide Benefits app. I create an account online and logged right into the other app. Just an FYI and I hope this helps! Left 3 stars to remain neutral.
