Stopped connecting

This had been a reliable way for me to transfer photos to my iOS devices but it’s stopped working since I last used it a couple of months ago. The detailed instructions in the app for how to solve connection problems look nothing like the options on my devices, so they are of no use to me.

Crashes

The app is unusable on my Android XR with iOS 13, it crashes every time I open it. I’ve been unable to use it for 2 months now since I updated.
