Online shopping for this is really not good.I ordered items for my baby and its mentioned 60 minutes delivery,When the time came,no delivery received.And when i chatted their customer service,they said that the ordered is cancelled.They deduct the amount already and the items is for my baby.No one inform from them or even on their apps that the ordered cancelled because of technical error.And the money will ne returned for 14 working days.How can i buy in other store for my baby needs if the money that i paid to them will be refunded within 14 working days?this is really bad service.

Hello, There is a problem receiving the OTP Code for Carrefour lebanon, tried deleting and installing the app several times without it working, also I tried 3 different phone numbers and none are receiving the OTP Codes. Also another bug is when I open the app it goes to location and provide me to update after I update thats when I get asked to enter the OTP Code. The app is stuck in a loop. I can send a video of how it’s acting. Thank you

i had to give 5 stars so everyone read this review ever since the last update, there is no points added regardless of how much purchases made using my club barcode. its useless to even have the app anymore . not worth the shopping experience.

Just like all MAF Apps, logs you out, gives error, tells your login is blocked and and email is sent (which if you refresh it logs you in and no email is sent?) Resetting password gives error Want to finalize my online purchase , continuous gives error, 6th time I was able to complete the payment. This is a very poor App.
