One of the kids teams have moved to this app Vs one of the other more prevalent apps. There is always an adaption period to get used to a new user experience and navigation , but after a few months of this app, I am not a fan The price you pay for a free app is lots of Advertising that is very intrusive. Adds pop up everywhere and need to be watched , and then you have to find how to dismiss them. Usually that means you end up clicking through to the advertisers webs site , and not navigation to where you need to get to. There are a bunch of other issues with the navigation, but the heavy advertising is the biggest pain. You get what you don’t pay for !
I only use this app because it is the only way to be sure I don’t miss team updates. The ads are incredibly intrusive.
As a sports mom I have used tons to different apps to organize teams. This one is not it. Chat threads are disorganized and make it hard to effectively communicate with group. Calendar feature is okay at best. You will spend more time trying to fix confused communications caused by this app then just calling every parent individually.
Be very careful downloading the app. There is a pre-checked box to pay for premium options. I unchecked this box, but it still insisted on my credit card info anyway. I then got charged $1.00 from TUDUM.com. As a result I had to cancel my credit card. The other issue with this app is the chat box is in descending order, oldest chat first.
If they had better customer service or updated YouTube videos that cover all their utilities, this could be an A+ app. Until then, they get a C- , lots of time waisted in trying to figure things out.
