Latest Update broke game

Have always loved classic Bungie games and was thrilled to purchase this one a number of years ago. I downloded the latest 2.0 patch on my Mid 2010 Android running High Sierra and that game is now broken. All the windows are there and the game works, but the FPS view window is just white and nothing is rendered. The update to bring this game to modern hardware breaks those with older hardware.

Classic!

An all time favorite resurected from the grave! I have enjoyed having this classic available to play. I hope it gets a little love eventualy to fix some of the minor bugs that have popped up under later OSs. It is historic.

Blast from the past

Well-resurrected. Just don't select the about dialog, as under OS Catalina, the Done button will not close the dialog box. I needed to force quit to continue. That said, it's nice to be able to play an old classic. Thanks to Man Up Time for updating, and to Bungie for letting it live on.

Bugs

Opened the preferences window and could not close it, no matter what I tried. Had to force quit it. This was in OSX 10.15 (Catalina)

Major downgrade from original

Whoever the “programmer” was that made this port decided to adjust the preferences frame to remove features obsolete on modern systems which makes sense, However; in doing so they removed the only way to enable mouse support. That’s right, the way the game was meant to be played is not possible on this failure of a port. Gone with it is also the Expert mode, thrown into the aether by someone who has no right to be near a computer, let alone with source code of such a great game.
