This app is garbage. Don’t waste your time. You only get an error code when trying to access any of the options. And don’t bother with lacity.org, that’s just as bad. Los Angeles truly has the worst options for helping it’s residents.
Worked fine mostly but now getting error code 2006 address verification failure every time.
Nice that this app exists, but the map function on iOS is impossible to use. The pin drop location setting does not work making using it frustrating, hard to use and easy to abandon. My other complaint is that little action from the city happens. You report something and it doesn’t get resolved. I get that doing civil society is hard but this is a bare minimum approach with no action. I really wish it triggered swifter action.
Love this app but photo uploads fail every time now, and the API calls are very slow.
