Can’t get it to connect

Trying to connect it to a treadmill here in planet fitness. Fiddled with it for over 5 mins, gave up. Boo… Tried QR code and NCF tapping. I hear the beep and nothing shows up. Oh well I uninstalled it.

Not working with XID login

When I go to the gym and login to the machine with my XID and passcode my workouts are not saved. I also cannot find where to change my XID passcode.
