I have used 2 promo code to access this application for full payment and today 10/6 I still can’t log on so that $59.99 x2. I emailed them 3 days and still no response so my next thing is law suite for full refund as I have had to get another Code which I’m not using until they call me and make me an account. Be careful people they will not respond to that email customer service not one star from me but I have to give them one just to post this Rip off
I can't get the videos to play. I emailed customer support and have not heard anything back.
Bought app and till this day I cannot get it to work. Shows like it’s loading the session but does not do anything. Pretty depressing
I have an iPhoneX and Google Airpods wireless earbuds. The app will not play through my Airpods, it only comes through my phone speaker. It is useless to me if I can’t use my earbuds to listen. I don’t want to play it for every person around me to hear...
Went on their website and purchased a subscription for 59.99. Never received any login information. The username and password that I set up does not work. Emailed and called their customer support numerous times and never received a response.
