Cannot request a ride

I have the 13Pro Max. The app only shows the map. It does not allow for ride request.

Lagging and Inconsistant

App does not update in real time, which can be bad when I’m trying to get picked up late at night. It will sometimes send me messages that my ride is here when it’s a half mile away.

THE WORST APP

1. arrived notification for car past by (longer waiting time) 2. no refresh of signs when car arrived! 3. low rate doesn’t affect this app at all! so funny!
