I was very impressed with the service and the quality of products I bought from the big bird branch Midrand. Hope to receive the same quality service and products in Cape Town relocated back to Cape Town so in need of new items here. Thanks guys you make life so easy

I am not happy about the cancelled items of late. The delivery date keeps being postponed and eventually cancelled leaving me with the situation where my gifts are not in time. If not in stock do not advertise as in stock

Having experienced first hand for many years the Amazon experience, trying to use the Takealot website is like going back to the middle ages. Come on Takealot !! Your website is a disaster - half the time it fails in the desktop environment, the payment processing is restrictive and counterproductive. Sad to see this.

My go to for most things

I ordered a fan and waited 2 weeks for it. 5 days before the delivery date takealot cancelled my order because the supplier did not have stock and refunded the money as credit on takealot. I have to go through a process to get it back as money in my bank account. I regret using takealot, I will now just go to the shops to get my fan same day with no delivery fee.
