To the developers of this game, there is a big problem with some of the quests, I hope you will read this and fix this, please! Biggest problem is when the many, many quests ask your friends to help you with your coffee roasters- none of my friends will do this- even though I gladly help them- this is a big problem because I cannot complete the quests without their help- please you got to change this- I am really disappointed that you leave these quests up to friends who don't help at all. Thank you, please fix this big issue, it really ruins the game, I cannot level up because of this big problem.
It’s already 2022 and still no reply from the game nor any fixes have been made!! Very disappointed!
Honestly, I have been playing this game since it came out and I have enjoyed it. I have played it on and off so reading comments about how it doesn’t work or crashes surprised me. I started it up again and I had no issues at the moment. The only thing that I have never liked is needing friends to help you out and always having to look for new friends each time I start it up at again.
One star just for customer service and an app bug, the game is fun enough . Lately I’ve been getting a pop up for the bargain bundle for $.99 to purchase it and says the limit has been reset. when I go in to purchase it says already purchased. I contacted customer service which is frustrating because I have to translate everything using google translate I send to Japanese or they won’t read it and then I have to translate their responses to English on my end . Also they aren’t listening to what I’m saying about the bug , I even sent screenshots. They keep asking for the time it occurred , it happens every time I log in day or night no specific time . So a little frustrated . I’m literally trying to pay you for some in game currency and you don’t seem to want to fix it. I also don’t know why I have to translate for your customer service I’ve never had to do that before .
I can’t log into the game for two days now. There isn’t any updates or notices about the game maintenance at all. This has happened before, which result in my pet getting treatments in the vet, which lowered its level and I had to start all over again. Why?
