I’m the ad it shows you that supposedly it’ll listen to your note and tell you if it’s too high or too low. It does not do that. Waste of an access to my microphone because it doesn’t even do anything.
I play my trumpet almost everyday and to know that I’m getting my notes out correctly is amazing.
This app is weirdly strange
The moment i saw the reviews for this I thought , “Oh this might actually work for me” I tried the app and after i tuned my kalimba it did not sound like the note that I needed to practice for. I tried to tune 4 on my kalimba and it just made my new kalimba sound like a dead tine, on top of that the dead tine was only fixed after I bought a new tuner the next day. I do not suggest this to new kalimba players if they do not know how to tune. Just buy a tuner at a music store, it works better and is worth the hassle. I worked on this app to tune for almost thirty minutes. Wasn’t worth my time
Not sure how accurate this is - spot on for some notes, others my ear is saying flat and it’s saying sharp. Maybe it’s my phone? But I have the i12. Think I’ll stick to using my ear- that’s always been quite accurate.
