This developer is terrific. His apps are really great. The HP-67 is a good calulator made great by the extras added by this developer. The calendar functions are amazing and make it very much like the HP41 or 42s. The integrated share functions make it very easy to send a listing or a copy of the "card" created or a listing. The developer's efforts are truly a labor of love! There is a version of this app for the Android and the share feature makes it easy to copy a program developed on one device to the other device or to a Android for backup...
This worked beautifully until the iOS 8.4 update. Now the program closes as soon as you open it. The funny thing is, the free version still works perfectly! So until this is fixed, get the free one instead.
This is by far the best emulation of the classic HP-67 scientific calculator that I have found. When you consider the reliability, speed, and capacity advantages of using the included virtual magnetic card reader/writer (and virtual thermal printer), versus the physical original, it is clear that this app provides exceptional value. That conclusion is only further reinforced when one considers the many performance upgrades, the ready access to the HP applications library, and the built-in program reference guidance provided. A math-oriented young person contemplating a technical career could find their areas of greatest interest by familiarizing themselves with the contents of the classic application pacs.
I love this app as it fabulously recreates one of the most amazing programmable calculators that ever was. Some of us grew on programmable calculators and the HP67 was the king. The app also includes many of the original libraries of magnetic cards. Thank you for creating this!
Every update adds something useful. Design, vision, execution all outstanding. How come the earlier reviews disappear? The most recent update makes an excellent product even better. Breakpoints with a count is very relevant. Not just the core product but every enhancement is well thought out and well executed. I wish there was detailed help attached to the app. Would make it more convenient than having to go to an external site.
