Update: 2/3/2023 Finally got a response from support on Monday Jan 30th. They acknowledged the problem and said the issue was fixed in version 13.4. Only one problem. The App Store still has on version 13.3.2. Sent them email on Monday 1/30/2023 about 13.4 availability. And it’s crickets from support AGAIN!! Very frustrating!! I love the app when it works, but how long until it works is anybody’s guess. I’ll update again when 13.4 becomes available, which I hope is really freakin soon. I wish support would at least let me know when 13.4 should be available from the App Store. ********* I have the previous version of this app. It worked great. When the latest version was downloaded it completely stopped working. And zero notice this would happen. Ok, I bought it years ago…so I can at least having to buy it again. I did the in app purchase. The App Store says I’ve bought it, but it refuses to get the new license to allow the app to work. Even tried deleting it and reinstalling the app. It still won’t give me the license. But they took my money. I emailed tech support from the app link about this on Wednesday morning. It is now Saturday morning and I’ve not heard back from them at all. So they took my $24.99 and gave me an app that doesn’t work and support is non-existent. The previous version worked great. I’m guessing if they would give me the correct license it’d be fine, but they have really barfed on this release.
Just paid for this app. Get on message saying “Ready to Go” then get a error message. Have the little purchase wheel continually revolving. Is this a scam? Followed the instructions in “Help”. No Help!! AVOID
I purchased the app in June 2022. It stopped working on my Mobile though it still works on my Android Air and Android. I emailed the developer twice about the issue and have not received any response.
