My app renewed like every year and the new almanac isn’t on the app.

App doesn’t work

I have an Android and downloaded the app after paying for the membership. It worked the days I downloaded it, but now it just vanishes and I am back on home screen.

False advertising

I too just joined and it said we would we be able to see past issues of the “Extra” magazine. With what I paid for this, all I can see is they now want more money from me. I will call tomorrow and see about this “ free” Extra that they advertised. I might want my money refunded!!

TSC Neighbor’s Club membership

Extra magazine is great. However, I can’t access the Extra! Library from the app without paying for the issues, even though it is suppose to be free with my TSC Neighbor's Club membership. I get a reminder in an email every month when new magazine comes out with instructions on downloading app…??? “Don't forget that your Neighbor's Club membership gives you exclusive "extra" access to our EXTRA! library of past issues.” So 3 stars for a promise not fulfilled in the app.
