Be careful of privacy!!!!!!!!

I used the app for therapy sessions and thought my privacy was the same as if I went to a therapist in person. The therapist included content from our sessions in “patient summaries” that included direct quotes from our sessions!!!!! Do not use if you don’t want your personal information on their servers.

They have the best providers on here, you can go from provider to provider and see which clicks for you or you can stick with one and see if they click or not, and they are LGBTQ+ friendly with some of the providers.

Password doesn’t save

I just downloaded this app, and haven’t really used it yet, but noticed 2 issues. My password doesn’t save even with “Remember Me” selected and I wasn’t able to save my insurance info. During the verification process I saw a spinning wheel for a few mins and then the app crashed.
