I have used many other Authenticator apps but this one is the worst. The documentation is lacking and Google Watch support for notification is terrible. It only lets you deny the connection. All the other major players have the apps much more streamlined between uses outside of the specific implementation and use of wearable tech for ease of use. Please update your app to support Google watches with the ability to approve connections from it.
I have ESET for 10 years I really love it. I just want all authenticator in one app. Don’t qr scan manual? Most two factor don’t have scan screen something. Can you set manual please thank you
Like most others here, I have one app where all my time based 2fa codes live and this second clunky app. My biggest complaint is that even the inconvenience of having ANOTHER 2fa app once you get into the app you have to drop down the code. It should just be displayed, there are far too many taps to get to where I need to be for a site that defaults to a 30 minute sign out....
I have an excellent TOTP app installed that includes ALL of my other MFA logins. Why do I need to install this rinky-dink specialized app for a single TOTP login? Fire whomever authorized this decision.
This is the fifth second-factor app I have installed on my phone, and it’s the worst. EDIT: after a few days, I updated my review from one to two stars. The main problem is poor documentation. This app produces one-time-use codes which are not time-synchronized; that’s why they don’t expire. However, this fact isn’t obvious from either the user interface or the ESET products that use this app. Sadly, ESET products are not compatible with other apps.
