Worst service I have ever had in NYC. Driver was supposed to meet me inside. He did not. I had to call the company and ask where he was. The reply: he couldn't get in because of construction. Odd because I passed no less than 15 people holding signs for a car service. Then he wouldn't tell me where to meet him and kept getting mad at me because he couldn't find me. Finally got in the car. He had the front windows open. When I asked him to close them so I could hear my conference call and not be whipped in the face by wind he got mad at me.
