As for the App, it works smooth - reminds you when to get online for your appt and connects easily with good quality. As for the company - Dr. Eirich was a excellent communicator. She listened to my concerns, was responsive to my concerns, was very informative, asked the right questions, and, overall, was easy to talk to. If I could have her as my general practitioner, I would switch. I was very pleasantly surprised to have a visit with an actual MD. (I have nothing against NPs and have seen some very good ones. However, seeing an MD is better, IMO.)
Due to my working schedule I’m not able to go and see my doctor well so I tried Dr. on demand it’s what my job suggested and it was great I will only use this from here on out
