Engine Link - OBD II diagnosis Reviews

    • Excellent App for home use

I have diagnosed and repaired several vehicles over the years I have had this application. On my Dodge Charger it even specified which wheel speed sensor was bad, right rear. No guessing just replace the part and roll on.

    • Did not work

Connected to LELink OBD-II easily but always reported that it was “Busy” when I tried to pull codes.

    • Clunky but works

Not the snazziest interface, but it’s the only iOS app I’ve found that properly handles custom pid files, a la Torque Pro. Invaluable for pulling diagnostics on my Chevy Bolt.

    • Not compatible with OBDLink MX+

This should’ve been obvious to me front he description, but this app doesn’t appear to work with the OBDLink MX+ Bluetooth adapter. I think that’s because the MX+ uses full-speed Bluetooth, not BLE.

    • Excellent Product Support

The technicians at K Solutions provided unheard of factory support toward helping me create a workable PID for their EngineLink - OBD2 app on my Android. After trying several apps and OBD 2 sensors, the EngineLink app provides the trans fluid temp data I was hoping I would be able to obtain for my 2019 Honda Pilot. I give this app a 5-Star rating.
