Why does it need to track my location? Since I’m using VPN now nothing can load in the game.

Ok I loved playing growtopia and I had a decent bit of value. I made many good friends too but I lost all my expensive stuff in game to someone doing a trade quick swap, I have one idea to prevent this from happening! That idea is to add a timer on when a trade is able to be accepted. Also there needs to be a re funding system if you played the game legitimately and lost your stuff -_- I only played Growtopia because I got it when it was on Nintendo and honestly that was fun even when I had little value. But in the mobile servers the game is full of heartless scammers who get away with taking from a player and those items aren’t given back. This is quite a big issue if someone spent literal hours trading legitimately and selling items to afford stuff that got scammed away. Seriously please add a better player support and way to get back items stolen by maybe reversing a trade. You devs care more about updates then helping players that loved this game -_- I spent 70 Hours playing this piece of trash game What happens?? I lost everything I worked for!! All in a single minute. The scammer got away with it. And you crappy devs send me a message saying there’s nothing you can do??? After I quit this game I had the best time of my life!! Why? Cause I wasn’t wasting time on this piece of trash game

I have children that play on the same device and they made a purchase without my permission and so I refunded it without spending what they bought and then I permanently got banned, I was also never issued the refund too so they basically took my money and banned me. I took it to customer support and they wouldn’t even bother unbanning or issue a refund, all they did was state the problem and they also didn’t even bother to investigate it. Then I simply ask a question and they told me they won’t be answering anything from me about the topic and if I keep emailing them about it they’d ban me from their support channel which is ridiculous!! At thais point I don’t believe i’ll be getting unbanned or refunded. For anyone, if you accidentally buy an in app purchase, don’t refund it, you’ll get banned and won’t even be issued a refund and sometimes you don’t receive the IAP because the terrible servers. Don’t even risk it by buying anything, it is simply not worth it!

Game legit Never is working it always say game needs maintenance other then that when I ACTUALLY get to play other then scammers I guess it’s good but fix the dumb maintenance thing
