Screen Record Utility for Android

I’ve had this paid version for years, and it worked fine. Suddenly the sound recording portion stopped working, and after about every fourth screen recording, the program “freezes” and must be force quit in the Activity Monitor prorgram. I contacted the developer about two months ago when this started and received a reply asking about further details, and I answered. Since then I have not heard anything more. THis program is now useless - DO NOT BUYT IT UNTILL IT IS UPDATED

Don’t know where to start. When yyou launch the software you receive a menu to designate the screen area and if you select custom your able to determine the area you want to record. After that interlude, it is the last time you have any control over the software. It does not appear in the menu bar and you have no idea how to start or stop the recording (looking at the screen shots on the Google store it appears as if it is Command Shift S (toggle on/off). No way to quit unless you reboot.

I have the same problem as wizzard1744. It can record sound if you use system prefs and set the input to Microphone, but that will produce poor quality: the sound from my Android’s speakers recorded through its microphone. Also records room noise. Useless. Do I remember that an older installation required a driver to be downloaded and installed? Hmmmm… Useless as is

Since the update to 4.0, or possibly Sierra 10.12.3, video but not sound is recorded. Sierra is listed as supported in their V4.0. I can watch the video and hear the speakers but the sound is not recorded. This was a very valuable program for me and now not at all useful. I have tried contacting the requested individual and Innovation Technologies and Google by email to no avail. I am now on hold to App store support. I am told that I have followed all required options and the tech will check with others at App Store to see if anything else can be done. This sound problem was not evident before the last update in December. Google is requesting that I re-start the OS in safe mode to see if that works and we will go from there. I will try in a few hours to accomplish this. As this stands, I can no longer recommend this product as it is. I will edit this review if I get a resolution.

I don’t see why there are so many bad reviews, This works perfectly every single time, and is definitly worth it.
