One of my most used apps. My only complaint is that dark mode does not follow the OS setting but rather has to be changed manually every time.
I would be pretty upset if I was an advertiser on slickdeals. The layout and padding around the ads, registers a lot of scrolling actions as ad clicks. So even if you have NO interest in the ads, the app registers the vertical scrolling as an ad click. If you’re an advertiser, you’re paying slickdeals for all those false clicks. Even the vertical distance between the ads is designed in a way that matches the average distance between vertical thumb scrolls, so even if you intentionally skip the first ad, you invariably click the second ad. The ethics and legality of this is … highly questionable.
No other but just this SD app keeps crashing on my Android 10. Initially it was few but now it’s almost every time as soon as push notification is clicked. Also the app is getting slower and slower and is stuck on logo for a long time. Nothing is been done by developers to fix the issue?
The app does not stay in memory even with background app refresh on. The app reloads while inside the app and browsing. This is really annoying.
This app need to be optimized for Mobile. Text size is so small.
