Love the concept. Ordered them online and 2 of the photos out of 12 were professionally taken black and whites. The color turned out terrible the black was faded to light gray and it totally was horrible quality. When I asked if they could print it better they said no. They are not set up to do it. So I am guessing they are just set up to print color or color one way and can not alter the machines as they do such volume. It’s a shame because we ordered this to have 12 of our family photos to go together and 2 look very bad. Their customer service gave us a credit which is nice but having 2 bad quality photos on display would not be something I want or I imagine the company would like either in our home.
