Whats new in Kardia v5.43.0

6 things about Kardia

1. The Kardia app is designed to make managing heart care from home easier than ever, giving you the ability to seamlessly record EKGs, share heart data with your doctor remotely, keep track of your health history, and more.
2. Kardia works with the FDA-cleared KardiaMobile, KardiaMobile 6L, or KardiaBand personal EKG devices, which can detect the most common arrhythmias in just 30 seconds.
3. For additional analysis, you can choose to send the recording to your physician or to one of our partners for a Clinician Review by a cardiologist (US, Australia only) or cardiac care physiologist (UK, Ireland only).
4. Get an immediate result from Kardia's Instant Analysis of normal, possible atrial fibrillation, bradycardia, or tachycardia.
5. Track your heart health data from home with the medical accuracy your doctor can trust.
6. Kardia integrates with Apple Health to create a combined view of your health metrics.

  • Hard to get good signal

Had to use a lot of water and stay perfectly still just to get a barely acceptable signal, Very touchy. I hate Google, but Google Watch is 10 times better at this.

  • Works well… when you can log on

SEcurity is SO good, app doesn‘t allow iOS to save (or share between platforms through IOS password feature) password for logging on. HAD to create new PW to log in on Mobile, now can‘t log in on either one, can‘t find the PW anywhere, it was never saved. I have saved PW‘s from 10 years ago on my phone, this is the ONLY app I‘ve ever experienced this with. Also, app will only display in portrait, not landscape, on Mobile. Keyboard is detachable, so very awkward to use with head tilted 90 degrees to the left to read the screen. NOT a happy camper.

  • No response to a simple question

I paid to have an evaluation made of a run which showed some wild fluctuations between heartbeats. I specifically asked what caused these fluctuations. All I received back was a canned reply that everything was fine. Real disappointing….. a stupid canned reply to a simple question. I could get the same results just flushing the money down the toilet.

  • Neat device.

Please ignore all the bad ratings. I kept pressing the wrong star 🙄! This is a neat device. I just took my ekg. I was able to download the findings & send it to my heart doctor. I’m very happy with it & the app!

  • Worked great until a few months ago

Now I’m just constantly getting electric interference detected. No matter where I am in the house. I even sat outside trying to get a reading during palpitations. I give up!
