Latest update is bugged

I emailed support a week ago but haven’t heard back. The app can’t get passed the error message “Sorry, something went wrong, please try again later”. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app. I’ve switched on/off airplane mode. Any tried other typical troubleshooting steps. My phone’s software is up to date. Please fix this issue.

Buggy // update//update

I installed the update however, the health trackers still disappear and I still have to play with the app to see them. I have decided not to use this portion of the app. ——————————————————————— New fix has made the health tracker portion disappear. You have to open the app over 20 times before you can enter info. 🤬 I love this app and have been using it to track all my meds and vitals. However, since the new update that added the health trackers, my app often freezes, the information on the screen disappears, and even though medication is logged as taken it does not update the quantity remaining properly.

App is useless

Used to work great. Now crashes and I can’t even use the app to request help from the devs. Emailed them several days ago and haven’t heard back. Pretty useless app when you can’t interact with it at all.
