Limeade ONE for Android

Great app that helps keep me healthy.

I decided to make my health a priority this year and I'm so grateful to have come across this Limeade app through my company. It reminds me to take care of myself in simple, achievable ways and it's so straightforward and easy to use. I love that for some activities, my steps, workouts, or sleep habits are tracked automatically with my Fitbit so I don't even have to do anything. I'm also pretty competitive, so reaching those incentive milestones motivates me to keep logging on and find new activities. I use the Whil meditation feature every morning and I honestly am more excited to wake up every day knowing I'm taking steps to become a better version of myself.

This app has helped me change my life. I feel more valued and engaged at work which has improved my quality of life. I take more time to focus on my physical and mental wellbeing. It has helped me to achieve a better work life balance, reduce stress, and increase my mindfulness and overall daily gratitude. Being a working mom has its challenges, but this app helps me to evaluate and prioritize both areas of my life and I feel empowered with where I am at, for the first time in my life.

This app was forced on us by our company as opposed to more traditional avenues of reviving health benefits. The pages are clunky, completing tasks doesn’t always work or isn’t clear after you completed them why they haven’t added your points. Not very user friendly. I would never use this app if I wasn’t forced to. This app is just one more chore I have to do now in my busy life. Some of the information is appropriate, but it’s all pretty basic health and wellness stuff you can find elsewhere.
