This app needs support!

I've wasted several hours scanning files to be able to access or view them from my Android. I stored the files in Dropbox and sugar sync and I'm still not able to see them using this app. From Dropbox I get this error(404) and from sugar sync I can get the library but it won't show any files. The desktop version works great especially with Scansnap, unfortunately their mobile app does not work at all.
