First in class Customer Service
I tried logging in over 10 times. I had to try the forget password option so many times. Called BCBS at 3am!!!! To help me out. It worked then I tried inputting my info on the app again and it locked me out. It said you have attempted many times. Which was not the case. Freaking fix this issue
Ever since I upgraded to IOS 16 this app has been incompatible. I try to log in it says there is a problem on their side they are aware of and they are working on it. It’s been over two weeks. Get it fixed already! Called tech support only to be told to change my password and uninstall the app and reinstall which I already had. Used to be good but not anymore.
The only benefit is having a virtual card. When looking for providers it shows the closest is in another state! You can’t change or update information, and customer service is useless.
