this app took 1gb of my data so what’s the pint of downloading if it will just take your data. like it’s you who are supplying me with data so make your app data free.
The Vodabucks store is the most unreliable , poor and waste of money. Never works and promised and no amount of complaints to customer care, which is non existent seems to help. Very often vouchers don’t work, and no one to complain to .
The app takes forever to load, freezes, errors out when trying to take payment, or sometimes even takes payment but doesn’t provision the service. Modals covering up the buttons you need to click- seriously?! I’ve been trying top up my data for three days- the app simply does not work. Regardless of internet connection, time of day, purchase type, payment card (I’ve tried 4). The rep says “sorry, our app never works. Just keep trying!”… lol is this a joke?!
Irritating when I can’t top-up using a credit card and repeatedly get error messages. When I report these errors I receive automated message to download latest version of app, which I have and makes no difference. Luckily I could use my banking app to top up otherwise I would have been really stuck.
What’s the point of using an otp and then get a red screen. Useless app
