I spend a lot of money in Circle K and every time I get scanned nothing goes on my reward points. I tried to reach customer support but even that won’t let me get through to anyone. Keeps saying my information isn’t correct. I’ll be deleting this garbage app and just go to 7-11 from now on.
App doesn’t work correctly nor can my regions account be hooked up apparently. I attempted to activate the easy pay card and after 5 days it tells me it was rejected and to call customer service. Well I called twice! and after I waiting for 45 minutes and still not getting a answer I gave up. Honestly I wouldn’t recommend or waste your time to get easy pay to work just go to another station and use their loyalty card.
Can’t use it when needed, tried to enroll for easy pay went through all the instructions and still don’t work, tried emailing and get no response tried calling the number for two days straight and on hold for hours. Don’t waste your time
My internet connection is working just fine but the app isn’t working or letting me sign in because of a poor connection. Deleted and redownloaded and still the same issue. 🙄
So I’ve signed up. Where is the card I am supposed to link??? The directions are not very clear. Do you mail the card to link or do you pick up a card in the store???
