I make videos for my classes using Explain Everything. Exporting the project file as a video file was my least favorite part of the process, because it would take foerever on the Mobile. I was not very convinced about spending money on this seemingly unnecessary app, but I’m very glad I did. Generating the video file was super quick, and it’s very convenient to have it already in the computer instead of having to transfer it. I haven’t had trouble with the app, but I have not been using it for long.
Works well. Early versions had a few glitches, but it seems to work great now. The iOS app can encode the files, but it takes quite a while and the Mobile isn’t much use while encoding is happening. I send the explain everything file to my desktop using DropBox and encode on my Android Pro. Then upload for streaming.
4 attempts to process one file and the program has yet to successfully complete the processing. It crashes before right before the file is done every time. I want a refund.
I bought this app to convert the videos I make on my Mobile into .mp4 without having to tie up my Mobile during conversion time. The ability to choose various compression settings is a bonus. I haven’t had any problems to keep me from giving this app 5 stars. Yes it would be awesome if it was free but then again, I didn’t have to buy this app. I wanted this app to make the video process easier and I got what I paid for.
