I have been using this for years and now the apps just shuts down in the middle of typing. It also deleted all the previous saved notes. What is going on and how can I retrieve it.
The app states the fonts can be adjusted as I need a larger font. I purchased this app for an I-Phone and so far it will not let me adjust the font size.
I have used this app for years, and keep putting it down and then going back to it. I’m done for good now. I take very detailed notes, and the notes disappear. It’s very frustrating. I won’t be using it again.
I’ve used this app for years and suddenly it started freezing and flickering while using. It also deleted notes while typing. At times the app would shut down in the middle of using it and when I reopened it the notes i took were gone. Also DO NOT try to delete the app and then reinstall because everything you had for years is gone. Unfortunately this app does NOT back up to your cloud.
I tried to use this app today. Every time I tried to enter and save the date as December 29, 2019, the app would save it as December 29, 2020.
