Way to many glitches and it always says your username/password is wrong.
It won’t let me log in. I can log in the website just fine but it won’t let me log into the app with the same credentials. I even tried resetting the password
Super frustrating. It won’t even log in. I’ve changed the password 3 times and every attempt it tells me it’s incorrect. When I log in online the same password works fine. Rate higher when the issue is fixed and it remembers your password.
This app makes life SO much easier when it comes to building my ribbon rack. HOWEVER, it’s so annoying that I have to log in EVERY SINGLE TIME I open the app, it’s almost overshadowed. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE update this app so we can stay logged in. Update that feature and it’s an easy 5 star app.
I’m Sergeant Resnick and I’m a Recruiter over in Louisiana, and let me start off with I’m thankful for the service. However, I am not super thrilled with spending over $130 in total for my order and in return still receiving a medal that is not actually connected from ribbon to medal. As well as abnormally longer than the other medals. I will state this though, I can admit this Is my fault though for waiting until 2 weeks prior to our Marine Corps ball to order my medals. In which I could have made the corrective action to fix this myself. I will use this as a learning experience. My previous order as well was a ribbon stack with thin metals and a magnetic backing and the backings broke off a few times and would make It easy to slide behind my shirt. I will order an extra set of magnetic backings next time. In closing, I’d like to say that last year when I ordered my medals they turned out fine and wanted to say thank you for that.
